Ello, Los Angeles

January 8, 2010

I visit L.A. quite frequently and am known to go for less than 24 hours sometimes. I don’t think I really moved away; I just happen to live much further. For my recent trip, before I took my sister, Angela, to the airport, we decided to visit downtown via the underground Metro. Our destination was Angels Knoll, a small park on a hill, because of our fascination with the movie (500) Days of Summer. A self-guided tour is available for anyone who wants to tour the locations that were filmed in the movie. Afterwards, we explored Grand Central Market across from the park and later that night checked out a chill spot, Wurskuche past Little Tokyo.
