My story is no different than any other photographer who wants to make an impact with what they’re passionate about. Photography and social education happens to be my pairing . . . among other things like eating and sleeping or music and art.

This sort of lifestyle was never a focus of mine until after college when I decided that I didn’t want to work a 9-5 job. I decided to use my camera as a means for creating and contributing. With the help of professional photographers and supporting friends I dove into the wedding world.  Whether you can admit it or not there are many stories to capture on the big day, and that’s good training for discovering unique storytelling.

On the side I became devoted to the craft of inspiring and revealing the beauty that we all can experience. Sometimes it just has to be drawn out with patience and trust, and through the conversation of photography I find that it helps build relationships.

Since 2006 when I first started my business I’ve witnessed my work evolve to a place today where I’m educating the youth and helping communities rethink the way they use photography. Live to love. Stay inspired.

Congratulations Jen. You are INSPIRING. Continued blessings in your career and your vocation. You are fortunate to have married the two and managed in the process to also respond to a higher call.
